Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, blog, free resources, memberships, and digital products (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

References to “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Mrs. Blanks. References to “you” or “your” mean the individual using the Services.

Use of Website and Blog
You agree to use our website and blog only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Services. Prohibited behavior includes (without limitation) harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Services.

User-Generated Content
If you submit comments, posts, or other content (“User Content”), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content in connection with the Services. You remain the owner of your User Content, but you are solely responsible for it.

You agree not to post User Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, infringing, or otherwise harmful. We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to remove or refuse any User Content at our discretion.

Intellectual Property and Content Protection
All content published on the website, blog, or through our Services — including text, images, designs, products, and other materials — is owned by or licensed to Mrs. Blanks. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use our content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use, unless you have prior written permission.

Automated scraping, harvesting, or training of artificial intelligence systems on our content, data, or digital products is strictly prohibited.

Digital Products and Freebies
All digital products, downloads, freebies, courses, and resources provided by Mrs. Blanks (the “Digital Products”) are protected by copyright and licensed to you, not sold.

Commercial Use License for Design Assets
Clipart, illustrations, digital art, and similar design assets are provided with a commercial use license. You may use them in unlimited personal projects and in commercial projects, including but not limited to print-on-demand items, invitations, stationery, wall art, stickers, or other end-products where the designs are incorporated into a new work.

Restrictions You may not:
Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Digital Products “as is,” whether free or paid.

Sell or offer the Digital Products as competing products (e.g. clipart packs, SVG files, embroidery files, stock image collections, or similar).

Extract or distribute the Digital Products in a way that allows others to use them as standalone files.

Claim the Digital Products as your own original work.

Flattening Requirement
When using Digital Products in digital end-products (such as invitations or templates), you must ensure the designs are flattened or otherwise incorporated so they cannot be extracted by the end-user.

Courses, Guides, and PDF Resources
Educational content, courses, and PDF guides are licensed for your personal use only. You may not share, redistribute, or make them available to others.

Product-Specific Terms of Use
Each Digital Product may include its own Terms of Use. In the event of a conflict between this general Terms of Service and a product-specific Terms of Use, the product-specific Terms of Use will control.

Memberships and Subscriptions
From time to time, Mrs. Blanks may offer membership or subscription programs that provide access to digital content, resources, or other benefits (the “Memberships”).

Billing and Payments
Memberships may be billed on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at the time of purchase. By purchasing a Membership, you authorize us to automatically charge the payment method you provide on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellations
You may cancel your Membership at any time by following the cancellation instructions provided in your account or by contacting us at hi@mrsblanks.com.

When you cancel, your access will continue until the end of your current paid billing cycle. No further payments will be charged after the cancellation takes effect.

Refunds
All sales of Memberships are final and non-refundable. We may, at our sole discretion, grant refunds only in the case of duplicate purchases or confirmed billing errors (such as an accidental double charge). Refund requests outside of these circumstances will not be honored.

Changes to Memberships
We reserve the right to modify the features, pricing, or availability of Memberships at any time. If changes materially affect your existing Membership, we will provide notice in advance.

Digital Products: Delivery and Refunds
Upon purchase of a digital product (including but not limited to clipart packs, PDF guides, or other downloadable resources), you will receive access to the files through a download link or delivery method provided at checkout or via email. You are responsible for ensuring you have the technology required to access and use the files. All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. We may, at our sole discretion, grant refunds only in the case of duplicate purchases or confirmed billing errors (such as an accidental double charge). Refund requests outside of these circumstances will not be honored.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
While we take care to provide high-quality Services and Digital Products, we cannot guarantee they will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every system. You are responsible for ensuring you have the technology and safeguards (such as antivirus protection) needed to use our products safely.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Mrs. Blanks, Envision Inspired Inc., or their directors, officers, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services or Digital Products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Digital Product or Membership giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mrs. Blanks, Envision Inspired Inc., and their directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
your use of the Services or Digital Products, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement or violation of any third-party rights.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective when posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.
